Our Fundraisers Grand Evening Of Elegance: This is our signature event and premier fundraiser. This elegant fashion show and dinner dance takes place around Valentines. Our members and volunteers provides all the service hours for this event and the one other important element is the financial contribution from supporters. Financial support may be done by any of the following ways listed below: Souvenir Program: This allows companies and individuals to place and ad in our souvenir magazine which is given to everyone at the function as well as all the other companies vendors or individuals advertising in the Magazine. Attend Event: Another contribution method is to purchase tickets for the Grand Evening of Elegance. Barter: From time to time we need products or professional services to perform the works of Kiwanis. In these instances companies may provide a product and or service in exchange for an ad in the souvenir magazine / flyer or a banner. Charter Anniversary Fete: This is a fundraising event to celebrate the club's inception. The concept is a 70s Soul / Costume party. This means you come decked out in your best afro wigs, bell bottoms and platform shoes and dance to the music of the 70s. It's always fun to see the ladies in their best Foxy Brown or Cleopatra Jones outfits. In addition to attending the event one may also sponsor an ad on the reverse side of the event's flyer. These are just a few of our fundraisers. Support and contributions in any of the ways mentioned above are always welcomed. The amount of work we are able to do depends on the funds we have available. We hope that our sponsors and supporters will consider this a partnership and stick around for the long haul as several of these events are recurring.
